My Personal Statement is :
I believe that all children are unique individuals who can achieve their full potentials if they are allowed to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, and socially. It is my desire as an educator to motivate them to work hard and master the skills necessary to reach their goals and help them become caring and active members of the society . By setting consistent rules that show respect and allowing them to share their ideas, I will help them develop respect for themselves, others and the world they live in
